Well located for parking, quiet location, spacious and very clean room, warm welcome from hostess, excellent breakfast served on balcony, easy access to Erice and centro storico.

The accommodation was easy to find, with ample nearby parking and restaurants within walking distance. the room was spacious and immaculate, with lovely decor and a spotless bathroom. the welcoming host provided an excellent breakfast that included homemade lemon cake and cacao for children. it was a peaceful and comfortable stay.
The location was not ideal for those wishing to explore the city itself, as it was a bit of a distance from the main attractions.

We stayed at a cozy bed and breakfast during Christmas holidays. the host was very welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home right away. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely terrace overlooking the quiet street. the best part was the delicious breakfast served in the morning, with homemade baked goods and fresh coffee. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and cafes, and plenty of parking space on the street.
the bathroom could have been updated, but it was still functional and clean.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic as we easily found free parking on the nearby street. The hotel was situated conveniently close to transportation and had great facilities. The room was spacious, clean and decorated nicely, especially the bathroom. We enjoyed a warm welcome from the staff who were friendly, kind and helpful. We felt safe walking in this area even in the late evening. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices.

We had a fantastic weekend stay! The owners were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and decorated with a modern touch, and the big bathroom was a plus! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast served on the balcony. The location was perfect for us, as we had our car and found plenty of free parking space around the property. Plus, it was easy to reach the nearby attractions.
The area's surroundings, which were not the fanciest we've seen, but it didn't affect our stay.
